Alle bestellingen worden in Nederland bezorgd met de Post NL, hiervoor brengen wij €4,50 in rekening voor orders tot €49,99. Vanaf €49,99 is bezorgen binnen Nederland gratis.
Alle bestellingen worden uiterlijk binnen 3 werkdagen verstuurd. Wanneer je bestelling is verzonden ontvang je van ons een bericht met daarin de Track & Trace code van de Post NL.
All orders placed outside of the Netherlands above € 100 are delivered free of charge via Post NL, for orders below € 100 the shipping costs € 9.95. Orders are shipped outside the Netherlands within 2-5 business days *. When your order has been sent, you will receive an automatic email message with the Track & Trace code.

All items purchased via www.lottathelabel.com can be returned within 14 days of receipt. All items must be returned unworn, undamaged, without stains and in original packaging with attached labels, the costs for returning are for the customer's account. See below how you can return articles.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Due to the hygiene policy it is not possible to exchange/return jewelry.
Exchange is unfortunately not possible, the quickest way to exchange an item is to return the wrong item and order the new item through our webshop.
The legal warranty applies to all products that you purchase from us. A legal guarantee is that a product must do what you can reasonably expect from it. In addition, we offer 1 year extra warranty. This warranty does not affect the legal warranty. Our products can be worn for at least one year, the washing instructions are missing and proper care is met. We are not responsible for damage to items caused by negligence or by damage during fitting or return. We also give no guarantee on woven / knitted items that have been 'picked up' by wearing. If your product breaks down within a year, it will be covered by our extra warranty. We first ask for a photo of the product to be able to assess the complaint. If it is a well-founded complaint, we will look for a suitable solution.
